This is really a no-brainer title as we know these MPs are mediocre Yes-men. They were specially selected and approved by the failing dictator himself. They owe him a lifetime of success. He is their God of Fortune.
Why would they want to speak for a bunch of hopeless people called Singaporeans, unless asked by their God of Fortune to do so? How and what can these people benefit the MP if he speak for them? Nothing.
