So what if he earn $10,000 a day?
Does that automatically means that he is guilty?
Or that he should be subject to accusation of
guilt without concrete evidence?
Remember, it was through the INCOMPETENCE
of NEA that no sample was collected from the said
stall following complaint by the public.
They just went an WARNED the man...no forensic
samples was collected to prove that his gravy of foodstuffs
contained anything.
So how the hell do you want to prove that the contaminant
came from his stall, now that the keystone coppers have
bungled yet another fiasco?

Not so fast.
Firstly it has NO EVEN been established for
certain that the contamination actually came from his
stall. Note that so far, only EIGHT victims were found
with a common bacteria.
What about the other HUNDRED victims?
What bacteria did they have?
How come no confirmation from our very efficient
and smart aleck gomen?

If we have to follow the adage that a man is innocent
until proven guilty....where is the proof?
This looks to me like some incompetent dickhead
bigshot want to cover his own incompetence and
anyhow charge one small fly knowing full well that
no conclusive evidence can be adduced to prove that
the man was responsible.
LOL.

Hawkers generally makes lots of money. Consumers are always at the
losing end in Singapore as compared to other countries like Malaysia.
The Singapore hawkers' prices are up forever, I never see them bring
down prices or increase in portion of food even when the whole world
is having a deflation in price now. All these are in line with Govt is
to forever increase in price.
