In the 70's a five room HDB cost about $34,000 and graduate
starting salary about $1,000. Ther price of the 5 rooms HDB

salary of graduate is about $3,000 (high end). The price of the
5 rooms HDB pigeon hole is over 13 years of his starting
salary.
It is scary indeed for the youngsters. With a few more
