Don't jump the gun and spread rumours. Remember everyone was saying that ISD
killed him and use the escape as a ruse. Now you are doing the same! This

Those top officers and Ministers are only good at justifying
themselves for months of performance bonuses and set a high salary
package for themselves. When it comes to operation, they always a
kahpoot.

The recent case of Influenza Orange panic in Singapore clearly
demonstrated how naive they are when they announced that everybody
must check the temperature without realising that there is no enough
thermometer in the market to meet the sudden demand. Worst, there have
these top officers at Republic Polytechnic to fine S$5 student for not
bringing thermometer to school, without realising that the student
couldn't even get the thermometer from the market.

That is one of the reason they have to suddenly declare and downgrade
to yellow alarm. All these top civil servants are paid months of
performance bonuses just to commit this kind f**kup mistakes to spread
the stupid decision from top to the bottom..
