You MORON.
Hey...we need these kinds of mobsters rather
than you poor educated peasants because these
kinds can be counted upon to do some dirty work
for us whenever we need them.

And these kinds do not think too much about morality
to whom they give their loyalty to. As long as we feed them,
they are like loyal to us like guard dogs. See here, all rich and
greedy people have guard dogs to protect their property against
attack by you peasants, so this is the same. Without our guard
dogs, you people will try to rise up against us to try to
wrestle back your money from our clutches. Surely we
cannot let that happen, right.

So thats why we have ingeniously created as system
that rewards loyalty and NOT talent. We have systematically
kill off any talent that we see will be a potential threat. And we
also make sure that none of you peasant can be as RICH
as our kaki nang so that you cannot then use your wealth
to undermine us and fund the opposition. Thats why you
buggers, no matter how talented and how hard working
you are, will NEVER get rich here in stinkaput, because
we will never allow you moralist buggers to gain control.
Thats why we need GANGSTERS....because we too
are gangsters...but legal ones, ok...
LOL.

Ng Teng Fong has one very simple strategy to work on the back of bank
and Government,

If you keep borrowing money from the banks to buy property, it is the
bank who will be afraid of you to go bust, so much so they have to
keep lending you big money to keep you afloat. Likewise, if a bank is
involved in a large sum of loan, it is the Govt who will make sure
this bank will not go bust when the big timer is at risk.

So Ng just keep on borrowing and invest in the early days, and now he
is the richest simply because the property prices are bubbled up by
all the parties involved. Mr Ng's rich is only built and bubbled based
on the fixed assets (aka land and properties)/ Once the property price
ever wetn burst, only then he will go bust. But this is unlikely,
because the Singapore Govt will make sure this will not happen.

So Mr Ng is actually very clever to work on the back of the Govt.

  1. That's a lucky man, because many have done dirty work before without becoming rich. Assassins, cleaners and the like-- and they can scrimp and save too-- but they never become rich.

I agree that loyalty plays a very important part in becoming rich. You've got to suck up to the powerful (those who have purchasing power).

Confucius SAY, 'How can the WEEK beat the strong'?

Anyway, Singapore like many well-organised societies has a very hierarchal System. If you know what you're after, you suck up to who has more of what you're after than yourself.

I'm sure Singapore's richest man wants to be the Government.

  2. Actually, omit the last part. The organisation he has is probably well-governed by him.
