Subject: LHL under tremendous pressure to call for an early election
The dark clouds are spreading fast and the little sunshine in Singapore will
soon disappear. As I have posted some weeks ago, LHL is caught in between
the devil and the deep blue sea.
They have no had enough time to massage the
sourish ground. On the other hand they have to act fast as the global
financial situation is deteriorating rapidly.
Whether we see a double dip or not Singapore will be adversely affected due to its' heavy reliance on exports to the West which is in big shit. I hope the oppositions are ready.
An election could come as soon as a matter of weeks.
